From Vulnerability to Self-Reliance
After losing her husband, Mariam struggled to support her three children. Through HEDCON's women empowerment program, she received vocational training in sustainable agriculture and a starter kit for her own vegetable farm. Today, Mariam supplies fresh produce to local markets and employs two other women from her village.
